How fast will my order arrive?

We ship within 2 business days, and delivery times depend on your location. But don’t worry—we won’t keep you waiting long.

Does my charm bracelet/necklace come assembled?

You can choose to have the charms shipped unattached along with the bracelet and/or necklace to be assembled at home. Or you can choose to have it assembled by our team. There is an box on the charms product page that will allow you to let us know how you want the charms to arrive.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet—we’re focusing on our U.S. babes first. But stay tuned, because sparkle knows no borders.

What is your return policy?

Orders are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery date. Email us at hello@brunswickjewelryco.com to let us know that you would like to return your items with your order number. Items labeled 'Final Sale' are ineligible for return. You can find out more here.

Can I shower/work out in my jewelry?

Absolutely! Our pieces are water-resistant and tarnish-proof. So yes—shower, swim, shine through spin class, pilates, or your hot-girl walks.… your jewelry can handle it.

Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?

Nope! Every design is crafted from stainless steel and real gold plating. Plus, we put each piece through a 48-hour saltwater bath test (yes, we’re that extra) to make sure it stays shiny without the dreaded green finger.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Think of it like your favorite shoes: they’ll last longest if you treat them with love. Store them in their pouch when not in use and give them a quick wipe with a soft cloth to keep the shine alive.

How long will my jewelry last?

What happens if my product arrives damaged?

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the the damage. We can replace the item with no additional cost to you.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Perfect for when you know they love jewelry, but you’re not sure if they’re more “dainty hoops” or “statement queen.”
