We don’t offer exchanges at this time (sorry, friend). But don’t worry—you can still return eligible items.

Returns

We want you to love your jewelry, so here’s how returns work:

1. Orders are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Just email us at hello@brunswickjewelryco.com with your order number to get started. (P.S. Items marked Final Sale aren’t eligible for return.)
   
   

2. Items must be in the same condition you received them: unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
   
   

3. Once your return is authorized, you’ll have 7 days to pop it in the mail. Returns sent outside the window or without following the steps may not be accepted.
   
   

4. As soon as we receive your package and review the condition, we’ll issue a refund for the full order amount (minus shipping fees).
